Rebecca started working with me in September 2020 when she had reached breaking point with her constant need for the toilet - every 30 minutes - and massive daily anxiety and concern for her future. Listen to what Rebecca says about the very normal and fundamentally important changes that have happened in her life as a result of committing to work to Banish her leaking.


“ I started with Kathryn in January after I’d had the most horrible Christmas time and end of last year. My leaking had got progressively worse since having my 3rd child and now she’s 5 and loves to run around. We started doing ParkRun together which we loved but over time my leaking become uncontrollable, by Christmas I just leaked everywhere and went home from ParkRun totally embarrassed that I was soaked through again. I thought running was out for me forever and was at the end of my tether with worry.

I was keen to really put my all into this programme, we don’t have the money to throw around so that was important to me and by 6 weeks that had really paid off. My daughter wanted to run with me again and so I did and NO LEAKING!! And then I realised I hadn’t even had a pad in. So I decided to go for another run a few days later to see if it was a fluke and it wasn’t! It’s amazing! I never thought I’d get running back. Honestly I want to shout it from the rooftops - if I can stop leaking, you can too!”

“ I wanted to start the online programme to empower myself with effective exercises that I can do at home alongside childcare etc..
