- then taking that into a movement (so we don't get stuck just doing kegels)
- we'll be talking about how you can move with load and dynamics NOW and not wait for the "perfect time"
- I'll show you how you can start lifting weights WITH a pelvic floor problem to help make it stronger - you don't have to wait until you're dry!
