From Kegels to Kettlebells

Free online on zoom - This workshop is repeated at 7:30pm on Wednesday 1st May and 12:30pm on Thursday 2nd May for ease of access to those with different time restrictions.

In this workshop we will be

- working on getting a great kegel (pelvic floor muscle contraction)

- then taking that into a movement (so we don't get stuck just doing kegels)

- we'll be talking about how you can move with load and dynamics NOW and not wait for the "perfect time"

- I'll show you how you can start lifting weights WITH a pelvic floor problem to help make it stronger - you don't have to wait until you're dry!
